Terms and conditions for Platform Owner and Customer
Supply of products or product availability:

The Platform owner is displaying the different models of cloths and design material along with the catalogues to the online customers as per availability of new models with price also. After order placing by the customer, the product will be delivered to the customer through home service provider as per the stipulated date and time.

Order placing:

After placing the order by the customer, he has to be re schedule only once in a day in a stipulated time. If the customer wants cancel the order placed he can do the cancellation but cancellation should be done within the stipulated date and time as per the terms and condition of the GullyTrendz.

Payments:

After selection of the dresses or material the customer has to pay initial processing fee. Once the dresses or material is delivered to the customer, then he has to pay the balance amount through GullyTrendz mobile app.

Order cancellation:

The customer after placing the order along with payment of processing fee, he can do the order cancel if he wants to cancel within stipulated date and time as per the terms and conditions of the GullyTrendz online process.

Return or replacement:

Defective dresses or material may only be exchanged within 7 days of purchase. In order to process your exchange, we will need your order number, description of your setup (including photos if available), and any other information about your use of the product that may help us understand the potential defect.

In the event that a product is determined to be defective due to a manufacturer defective materials, we will exchange the product as needed.

Delivery Time period and express delivery:

As per the order placed by the buyer using GullyTrendz plot form the home service provider shall collect the goods and deliver those goods within stipulated time as per the time slat booked by the customer. If customer place any order through GullyTrendz plot form with the time slat as express delivery, the goods should be delivered to the customer within stipulated time as per the express delivery date and time period.

Damage of goods:

The buying goods to be delivered by the home service provider to the customer as per the date and time slat placed by the customer through GullyTrendz. If any goods while delivering to the customer gets any damage or find out any damages before delivering to the customer, the home service provider has to notice to the GullyTrendz as well as buyer who buy their goods. If home service provider is not taking care of or having negligence caused to damage of goods before delivering those goods, then he has to bare the losses or expenses only.

Terms and conditions for Home Service Provider and Seller
Delivery Time period and express delivery:

As per the order placed by the buyer using GullyTrendz plot form the home service provider shall collect the goods and deliver those goods within stipulated time as per the time slat booked by the customer. If customer place any order through GullyTrendz plot form with the time slat as express delivery, the goods should be delivered to the customer within stipulated time as per the express delivery date and time period.

Damage of goods:

The buying goods to be delivered by the home service provider to the customer as per the date and time slat placed by the customer through GullyTrendz. If any goods while delivering to the customer gets any damage or find out any damages before delivering to the customer, the home service provider has to notice to the GullyTrendz as well as seller who sells their goods. If home service provider is not taking care of or having negligence caused to damage of goods before delivering those goods, then he has to bare the losses or expenses only.

Taking the goods with same condition:

The home service provider has to deliver the goods with the same conditions to customer and if any goods not bought or get any damage or return due to any other reasons from the customer place. The home service provider has to take care of the goods while bringing back to the seller or gully trends with the same within the stipulated date and time.

Take care of the goods while customer is having trail:

The home service provider has to take care of the delivering goods at the customer place or home of the customer. While delivering the goods to customer who can do the trail to know the comport with that and he can make many trails in each dresses. At the time of making trail by the customer, the home service provider has to give the instruction to the customer about making trails and not to get it damaged by the customer.

Liability:

The home service provider has to abide rules and regulations framed for providing the services by the home service provider while delivering the goods to the customer. If the home service provider not abided or exceeded his responsibility caused damages to the seller or gully trenz, the home service provider is liable to all damages done at any point of time and including bare the losses or other expenses.

Terms and conditions for Buyer and Designer
Selection of material with colour:

The buyer while buying goods through GullyTrendz should go through the terms and conditions framed for selection of material with different colours and different models showing in the online portal.

Giving measurements:

Once the buyer has selected or opted the material with different colour or different models, then the buyer wants to book a designer, he has to book any designers as per availability of the designers in the gullu trendz online portal.

Booking of designer for taking physical measures and date and time:

If the buyer wants to book a designer for making his/her dress with different models available as per the design catalogues in the online portal. The buyer has the option to book designer to take physical measurements for making his/her dress at their home at any date and time according to the designers availability shown in the online portal of GullyTrendz.

Downloading vender mobile app for taking 3D measurements:

If the customer wants to give his/her measurements through virtual calling instead of appointment of designer for physical measurements. The customer has to download the integrated mobile app for taking 3D measurements and AI size solution app for giving their measurements to the designers to make the dresses according to their selected models.

Hire a designer:

The buyer has the option to book a designer for his/her taking physical measurements at their home place or book a designer to take the measurements through virtual calling for taking 3D measurements.

Design book with GullyTrendz copyright:

The GullyTrendz is having its own Design catalogue book with different designs and models as per new trend of customer options. The different models of design book is only belonging to the GullyTrendz and having own copyrights. The GullyTrendz can claim the rights of the different models of designs which are showing in the online portal. The others including customers and designer can not claim any copyrights of the GullyTrendz.

Any delay of service by designer to buyer:

The buyer after booking a designer to make his/her dress as per the date and time slats opted and the designer will make the designed dress as per the stipulated time opted by the buyer. If any designer is not able to get ready the designed dress due any reasons, then the designer shall inform to the GullyTrendz to assign the pending work to other designer to complete it as per the stipulated time period.

Re-schedule or cancel an appointment more than 5 times in a month:

If the buyer wants to re schedule the date and time period opted previously, then he has to change the date and time period after entering his/her booking order number to intimate the designer also. If the buyer wants to cancel an appointment of booked designer for any reasons only have the options of 5 times in a month.

Liability:

If the buyer is not made any re schedule or intimation about cancel an appointment of designer within stipulated time period to the GullyTrendz along with designer, then the GullyTrendz or designer are not liable for any damages occurred to the buyer. The buyer only has to bare the losses or damages to his/her default.

Terms and conditions for Home Service Agent and Designer
Delivery Time period:

As per the order placed by the buyer using GullyTrendz plot form the home service provider shall collect the goods and deliver those goods within stipulated time as per the time slat booked by the customer. If customer place any order through GullyTrendz plot form with the time slat the goods should be delivered to the customer within stipulated time.

If any designed goods while delivering to the customer gets any damage or find out any damages before delivering to the customer, the home service provider has to notice to the GullyTrendz as well as designer who makes the design as per buyer options. If home service provider is not taking care of or having negligence caused to damage of designed goods before delivering those goods, then he has to bare the losses or expenses only.

Taking the designed goods with same condition:

The home service provider has to deliver the designed dresses with the same conditions to customer and if any goods not bought or get any damage or return due to any other reasons from the customer place. The home service provider has to take care of the goods while bringing back to the designer or gully trends with the same within the stipulated date and time.

Take care of the designed goods/dresses while customer is having trail:

The Home service provider has to take care of the delivering goods at the customer place or home of the customer. While delivering the goods to customer who can do the trail to know the comport with that and he can make many trails in each dresses. At the time of making trail by the customer, the home service provider has to give the instruction to the customer about making trails and not to get it damaged by the customer.

Inform the platform owner or designer for any alteration or any issues:

The Home service provider has to inform to the GullyTrendz or designer for any alteration is requested by the buyer within the stipulated time. If buyer is raised any issues also should be informed to the GullyTrendz or designer. If home service provide is not informed within the stipulated time period, then the home service provide is liable for damages or losses occurred for that buyer.

Liability:

The Home service provider has to abide rules and regulations framed for providing the services by the home service provider while delivering the designed dresses to the customer. If the home service provider not abided or exceeded his responsibility caused damages to the designer or gully trenz, the home service provider is liable to all damages done at any point of time and including bare the losses or other expenses.

Terms and condition for third party usage of body measurement app provided by platform owner to buyer
Hire a designer:

The customer has the option to book a designer for his/her taking physical measurements at their home place or book a designer to take the measurements through virtual calling for taking 3D measurements.

Providing a vender Mobile APP for 3D measurments:

If the customer wants to give his/her measurements through virtual calling instead of appointment of designer for physical measurements. The customer has to download the integrated mobile app for taking 3D measurements and AI size solution app for giving their measurements to the designers to make the dresses according to their selected models.

Storage of body measurements:

If the buyer wants to give his/her measurements through virtual calling or 3D measurements, then the buyer has to download the integrated mobile app for taking 3D measurements and AI size solution app to take the body measurements. The 3D body measurements of customer are stored within 7 days of completion of order delivered to the customer. If customer wants to save his/her 3D measurements for use of future requirements, then the customer has to opt the option to store and show the measurements in his/her login portal.

Designer appointment cancellation or refund the amount to customer:

The buyer has to intimate to the GullyTrendz about the cancellation of an designer as per the stipulated time period given for buyer. If buyer will intimate within stipulated time, then the GullyTrendz will refund the amount received from the buyer after deducting the processing fee including statutory taxes if any as per date and time period mentioned in the booking slot.

Terms and condition that governs platform owner and designer
Material availability with different models and colours for buyer:

The buyer while buying different material or different colours form the designer through GullyTrendz online portal should go through the design catalogues for selection of material with different colours and different models showing in the online portal. the designer should always make availability of new trend material for the buyers.

Taking measurements from customers:

Once the buyer has selected or opted the material with different colour or different models, then the buyer wants to book a designer, he has to book any designers as per availability of the designers in the GullyTrendz online portal. The designer while taking physical measurements form the customer at his/her home place to be written or recorded correctly and update in the data base of the customers of the GullyTrendz online portal.

Taking 3D measurements from vender mobile app:

If the customer wants to give his/her measurements through virtual calling instead of appointment of designer for physical measurements. The customer has to download the integrated mobile app for taking 3D measurements and AI size solution app for giving their measurements to the designers to make the dresses according to their selected models. The designer has to take care of the customers designed dress materials and make them as per the measurements taken from the customer to make it available as per the customer opted date and time period in his/her order placed in the GullyTrendz portal to satisfy the customer.

Design book with GullyTrendz copyright:

The GullyTrendz is having its own Design catalogue book with different designs and models as per new trend of customer options. The different models of design book is only belonging to the GullyTrendz and having own copyrights. The GullyTrendz can claim the rights of the different models of designs which are showing in the online portal. The designers including customers can not claim any copyrights for the new designs are being made for any customers in the GullyTrendz online portal.

Any delay of service by designer to buyer:

The buyer after booking a designer to make his/her dress as per the date and time slats opted and the designer will make the designed dress as per the stipulated time opted by the buyer. If any designer is not able to get ready the designed dress due any reasons, then the designer shall inform to the GullyTrendz on or before the stipulated time period given to the designers to assign the pending work to other designer to complete it as per the stipulated time period.

Liability:

If the designer is not made any intimation about delay of service assigned to him within stipulated time period to the GullyTrendz along with customer, then the GullyTrendz or customer are not liable for any damages occurred. The designer only has to bare the losses or damages to his/her delay of service.
